What counts as a Monthly Active User (MAU)?+

Any retailer, dealer, mason, painter, electrician, mechanic or end-influencer who completes a meaningful action — a QR scan, an invoice upload, an order placement, a redemption — in a rolling 30-day window. Internal users (your sales team) are free.

Can we start small and scale up?+

Yes. The ₹30,000/month pilot is built for 90-day proof-of-concept rollouts. You move into Growth tier automatically when you cross 5K MAUs and we re-baseline the contract.

Are payouts and SMS/WhatsApp fees extra?+

Yes. UPI payouts and WhatsApp template messaging are pass-through volume add-ons. Most enterprise customers see ₹1.5–2L of payout fees per month at scale.

Do you offer annual contracts?+

Yes. Annual contracts get a 12% discount, plus dedicated CSM, custom SLA and quarterly business reviews. Three-year contracts get bespoke pricing.
