We're an Indian SaaS company building loyalty, incentives and AI tools that work in Tier 4 mandi towns as well as they do in metros — with UPI-native payouts, WhatsApp-first interfaces and 11 Indian languages.

Our story

Started in 2021. Built for Bharat.

Unotag began as a paint-industry pilot for QR-based mason loyalty in Bangalore. Two years in, we now power channel programs for some of India's largest enterprises across building materials, FMCG, electronics and automotive.

Our thesis is simple: India's distribution stack runs on WhatsApp, UPI, and 600+ million pin-code-aware retailers. Software that ignores any of those three doesn't ship in Bharat. We built ours from day one assuming all three.
